Saturday and Sunday
10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

By the Lake at our NEW

ALL EXHIBITS MUST REMAIN IN PLACE UNTIL CLOSE OF SHOW
(5:00 p.m. Sunday).

FEES: Exhibitors who wish to be judged must declare their category prior to the show.

Exhibitor's fee must accompany application and is non-refundable. Fee for each space is:
Adult .................................................................$60 for two days: $45 for one day
Junior ........................ $35 School Art Classes ................$40 per space
Private Art Classes (K - 12 only) ......................................................$40 per space


Application and check must be received by April 1, 2010.

ART SHOW STANDARDS:

The Twenty-First Century Club selects exhibitors who best reflect the standards of creativity, originality, design, and quality. Artists are required to submit a photo(s) representing examples of artwork to be displayed. An appointed review committee has the right to reject any unsuitable artwork. If rejected, the exhibitor will be notified and the registration fee will be refunded. Loud radios or sound systems are not allowed (other than club sponsored entertainment). Animals are not allowed on show grounds or in booths.

$50 and Blue Ribbon

2nd Place:
$35 and Red Ribbon

3rd Place:
$25 and White Ribbon

People's Choice Award $100 and Ribbon
Three Ribbons for "Awards of Distinction" (winners chosen by Art Show Committee)

Exhibitors who wish to be judged must post pink card (included in registration packet) on the front of your booth. Card must have exhibitors name and category in which to be judged.

In addition to the judged Awards, the following awards / prizes are offered: People's Choice Award: $100 prize and Ribbon.
Purchase Awards: ($200 each and Ribbon); Artist in categories 1,2,3 and 4 are eligible for purchase awards by Guntersville Banks and the Marshall County Foundation of the Fine Arts. (Work must be framed.)
Instructions on how to enter your work will be included in your registration packet.

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • All adult artists and craftsmen must register individually and the work presented must be the work of the exhibitor or marked if a cooperative project. A two person "team" producing a single product may qualify as a single exhibitor. If two exhibitors share one space only one exhibitor can be judged.
  • Although care will be taken to avoid hazards to the artwork, the Twenty-First Century Club will not be responsible for loss or damage of any kind, by any cause.
  • Night security is provided on Saturday night.
  • Each exhibitor will be responsible for collecting Alabama State taxes as required by law.
  • No pets are allowed.
  • No lewd or vulgar language or behavior will be tolerated.
  • Exhibitors who are asked to leave will not receive any refund of their entry fee.
  • The 21st Century Club reserves the right to remove work by exhibitors that the officials deem inappropriate for display or sale.

HOSPITALITY

  • Assistance may be requested from club members located at various hospitality tables.
  • The Twenty-First Century Club's Pastry Shop will be open early both Saturday and Sunday for your convenience. Food items available will include sausage and biscuits, homemade desserts, coffee, cold drinks, etc. Food venders will also be available with a variety of foods.
  • Self-contained vehicles may park overnight in the parking area.
